Background: Viktor never really had a family life. He was raised by maids and butlers that work at his manor. He lived in Russia, England and now Japan. He doesn't like his parent because they put their work before him. Somewhere along the line he got into addiction and how it took over people's lives and used himself as a test subject. He started to drink and party and do drugs. Of course this got him into sex and what not and he doesn't really care what gender his partner is just that it's fun. Now He's pretty messed up.
