Background: Aki had what she had always believed was a "normal life". A few accidents here and there, though. She lived in a village that was on the edge of town and her family owned a small home. But, one day while Aki was only six a few boys from town that were just begging for trouble decided to "do what the cool kids were doing" and try a cigarette. They had caught Aki's house on fire and luckily her and her parents made it out fine. But now Aki has an extreme fear of any fire. Even the oven freaks her out. Afterwards their money problems started to skyrocket and more and more fights occured. They had already moved into an apartment in the city, not having enough money to buy another home. When Aki turned eight her mother left the family. Her father moved a few years after that after accepting a good job and getting Aki into Ouran High through a scholarship. He doesn't mind her cross-dressing, thinking that she does it because she wants to make him happy by not looking like her mother as much as possible.
Aki never cared if people at her old school would mistake her for a boy. After hte divorce she had cut her hair a bit too short. When she told her best friend about the Host Club that her new school would have she was dared to join. Aki is known to usually always accept a dare so she did it, thinking they would never pick her. Somehow they did.

Family relations: Aki x Father: She doesn't really talk to her father much. Because she is so independent since the divorce she never really needed him and does her best to just keep him happy. For some reason he doesn't mind her cross-dressing for school, but really wishes that he did mind.

Background: Alice had grown up with her aunt and uncle, her mother and father had moved to America and decided to just let Alice stay in Paris. Little did they know how it would effect Alice later on. As a child she did just about the complete opposite of what she was told. Her uncle, a famous chef, tried to teach her to cook but she refused. She hates cooking of any kind. Alice soon grew up to be the...proper young lady she was supposed to be. They were to look happy, no matter how they felt. After moving her aunt and uncle seemed to be home less and less and she found it too saddening to be home alone so she decided to go to the Host Club. Where she fell in love with Reid. Now she goes to the Host Club every day and has a shrine to Reid in her bedroom. She even keeps a lock of his hair that she bought from Alexis in her school bag and under her pillow.

Family relations: Alice x Uncle: They don't really get along ever since she was little. He's always trying to teach Alice how to cook and be a great chef, but she really doesn't want to be. Alice x Aunt: She gets along with her aunt more than her uncle, but still is very distant to her.

Dislikes: Her family, short jokes/nicknames, jerks, swimming, swimsuits, getting sick, and peple making fun of her height. Class information: Grade 11, Class B
Background: At first, Amaya's family wasn't more of the upper middle class. Her father had owned a successful karate studio and her mother wrote romance novels (although Amaya never cared for that). But her father's love for gambling soon became an obssession and he lost all their money. Soon after her father grew ill. Without money they couldn't afford medicine or any doctors. Her father diede and not long after her mother was married again.
Her step-father was a wealthy man with a young son just a year older. Angry at her mother for marrying him for his money, her step-father's hate for her, and others talking about her family behind her back about the situation, she left.
Amaya now lives in a large apartment by herself. her mother wires her money for rent and food. Although she switched schools to Ouran thoughs few who know about her family situation tend to talk about it behind her back and seems to still be made fun of by her height. But never out loud.

Family relations: Amaya x Mother: Not a good relationship at all. She no longer speaks to her mother and would rather keep it that way. Amaya x Step-father: The two hate each other, but when around Amaya's mother he acts like he loves her. Amaya's mother refused to believe that he was ever mean to her. Amaya x Step-brother: Her step-brother never actually talked so she never got to know him.
